This role is based within the Professional Services team here at Mimecast and we are looking for an exceptional person with excellent IT Support, Implementation and Customer Service skills. The role requires this person to provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new customers, as well as providing upgrade support and account management to existing customers. In our customers’ journey, the Professional Services team is the first contact they have with Mimecast’s Business-As-Usual teams, and first impressions are important.

  • Follow testing and implementation plans for new and existing clients
  • Assist clients with connectivity between Mimecast and client systems
  • Provide teleconference and email based support to the Australian client base
  • Assist clients with the use of Mimecast services and ensure best practice configuration
  • Assist with the deployment of new Mimecast systems and services to clients
  • Contribute to internal documentation and engineering escalations
  • Perform data migrations from legacy archive services to Mimecast
  • Liaise with Mimecast’s Global Support Centres to ensure streamlined customer service
  • Investigate and report security breaches and threats detected during client onboarding
  • Train customers on the administration of Mimecast products
  • Work with your local Professional Services colleagues to provide a high-quality onboarding experience
  • Work with and provide exceptional support to Mimecast partners and resellers
  • Provide industry leading levels of support to all customers at all times
  • Experience providing technical support from SMB to Commercial organisations
  • Experience in implementing complex vendor solutions into client environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, O365/M365 etc
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Email gateway solutions
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
