Managed by ASM Global, every event at ICC Sydney is supported by globally experienced professionals.About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join the ICC Sydney HR team who is driven to learn and support the team in delivering the people agenda in the role of Coordinator, HR Shared Services.As Coordinator, HR Shared Services you will act as the first point of contact into Human Resources providing critical support to the HR Partnering team and business. Through a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to off boarding, you will ensure that all our people related data and documents are in order, correct and comprehensive, and all employee files accurate.The role is suited to a new HR professional looking to start or continue their career in a role that will allow you to apply your knowledge as well as learning the practical application of HR. The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop a broad range of base level HR skills that a successful and well-rounded HR generalist requires, all within a supportive and fast-paced environment.As the first point of contact for all HR needs, you will ensure all team members are welcomed and attended to in a prompt and efficient manner.Required Skills & Experience:

Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma.
Experience across generalist Human Resource functions (Recruitment, HRIS)
Understanding and practical application experience across all HR functions.
