The Role

Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Technical Sales Manager who will work closely with senior management and be responsible for sales of the company’s products and services across Queensland, South Australia and the Northern Territory.

We are looking for someone who is proven to be strong at developing business opportunities by building and maintaining client relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company with exposure to specialist post-tensioning technology and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manages an assigned sales area and product line to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain existing clients and establish new clients.
  • Generate new sales from new clients and gain repeat business from existing clients
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with manager.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Marketing and/or Business
  • 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
