What are we looking for?
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition as a key member of the leadership team, you will lead a small team of talent acquisition professionals and manage a portfolio of key vacancies for the group.
Other Responsibilities Include
· Identifying new ways to engage, attract, source and pipeline talent
· Mentoring and coaching the wider Talent Acquisition team
· Project planning, execution and reporting - building a data and metric mindset across the team
· Proactively investigating and trialing new technologies, tools and techniques
About You
Drawing on your years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, your portfolio of internal hiring managers and vacancies will be met head on with your proactive approach to sourcing, market mapping and talent pipelining; and inspiring your team to follow in your footsteps.
To be successful in this role you be commercially minded with a focus on delivering best in class service to the business. In addition you will have;
· Strong, high volume recruitment experience
· Proficiency using a variety of recruitment systems,
· Demonstrated experience in executive search across various disciplines
· Experience leading a team of high performing recruitment or TA team
