We are currently seeing an experienced Concierge and Customer Service assistant to start in a long term temporary assignment immediately.

This assignment is working within the Funeral industry, so we require someone with empathy, customer focused and resilient.

Your duties will be but not limited to:

  • Concierge and assisting with general enquiries
  • Assisting clients on where services are located
  • Assisting with the audio visual and sound throughout a service
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

You will:

  • Have extensive customer service skills within a similar position
  • Have clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Be customer centric, empathetic and resilient
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Be extremely organised
  • Be reliable, hard working and able to commit to this assignment immediately
