IntoWork are currently seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist to commence in a newly created role in Northcote, VIC ASAP. This will be a permanent, fulltime position.

About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Campaign Specialist is a key member of the Marketing team, and contributes to the overall growth and development of IntoWork Australia and our brands, by supporting the business objectives. This position provides strategic marketing campaign advice, support and guidance to the marketing team and ensures business brands are well promoted, ensuring a positive and dynamic image within the broader community.

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for coordinating cross brand and IntoWork branded marketing campaigns. This includes internal and creative brief development, agency management, media planning, overall campaign execution and post campaign reporting. The Campaign Specialist will develop innovative marketing campaigns, based on business requirements and in consultation with the Marketing Manager, Brand Strategists and Business Leaders, covering a broad range of marketing and communication channels.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-10 years experience working in a similar or related role, in an organisation that is focused on delivering business focused outcomes
  • Ability to think conceptually, creatively and strategically on marketing and communication campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns 'end to end', with a focus on analysis, evaluation and recommendations
  • Experience in the field of marketing and communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

This role could suit someone with approximately 5 years experience as an Account Manager within a creative advertising agency, or someone currently client side looking for the next move in their career. It is a newly created role giving the successful candidate the opportunity to make it their own!
