The Opportunity

Prime Super operates nationally with a team of 40 across Australia. The Regional Manager will build the Canberra business stream and manage existing relationships across the territory. The Role

  • Drive new business development to grow memberships and partnerships in your territory
  • Work autonomously to set and achieve your goals, enjoying flexibility in your office location
  • Explore beautiful regional towns in NSW, with your primary focus on Canberra
  • Lead information workshops and education seminars to inform your members of exciting new products and the performance of the Prime Super brand

Your Background and Experience

As the successful candidate, you will be driven, motivated, and have the presence to deal with C-suite executives and a track record of achieving results in an autonomous role. Ideally, you have an existing network of contacts in target sectors and exhibit the following:

  • High-level stakeholder engagement and business sales experience
  • Operate with honesty and integrity when developing business and networks
  • Ideally have experience working in a financial advisory role, or have a superannuation background but not essential

You must hold and maintain an RG146 Compliance qualification, or be actively working toward acquiring.

Salary / Rate

  • $120K - $140K (including $12,000 car allowance) + 9.5% Super and KPI bonuses
  • 18 cents per kilometre travel reimbursement
  • Permanent full-time contract
