An exciting opportunity for an motivated marketing professional to join our Award-winning Bank!

About the role
As our Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the management and scale of the performance digital marketing program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with marketing managers to develop PIT (project initiation templates / business plans) for internal budget and strategic approval.
  • Communicating internally on the internal communications channel of the campaigns being run.
  • Mapping out measurement plan on how we will track the performance of approved campaigns, working with media agency to provide weekly updates and optimization plans.
  • Briefing agencies on campaign activity and working with marketing managers getting internal approval.
  • Executing regulatory communications and content across brands and channels including but not limited to rate changes, T&Cs and Fees and Charges changes to staff and members
  • Contributing to a culture that continuously strives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the digital channel.

Applicant requirements

  • An understanding of marketing / campaign activity and having worked with agency partners in the past
  • Experience with analytics and how to implement and interpret data
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing / digital content role
  • Experience writing copy for digital channels with knowledge of best practices
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on TMBL’s success
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment
