Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a unique cross-border public health service and the largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne. The Opportunity

This position will be based within the Community Nursing Team at Albury and the Rural Allied Health team in Wodonga, which covers the Albury/Wodonga and surrounding communities. This is a permanent part time position of up to 32 hrs per week, with an opportunity of a job share arrangement.

As the Nurse Continence Specialist, you will provide continence assessment, management and advice to clients, develop individualised continence management plans based on best practice in collaboration with clients/caregivers and monitor and evaluate client outcomes.

This position is ideally suited to a Registered Nurse with a post graduate qualification in Continence Assessment and Management. However applicants who have a strong interest in bladder and bowel dysfunction and genuine interest in developing their career in this area of nursing would also be encouraged to apply. AWH are willing to support applicants in commencing a "Continence Management" 9 module short course on commencement with supportive continence on the job training available.
