Located in Bundoora we want to hear from customer service focused individuals with an analytical mind who may have some credit experience.

Do you have what it takes to be a Credit Analyst? Using your Customer Service expertise you'll be gauging people's situations to help them with their credit, whilst working for one of Australia's leading lenders.

If you're an individual who prides themselves on their work, the ability to be decisive and take control and have the composure to adapt to changing environments, this is the role for you!

Due to the current global situation, we will be conducting interviews via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime.

  • Inbound & outbound phone calling
  • Complete credit checks and evaluations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Skip tracing & detective work
  • Manage client information & portfolios
  • General administration
  • Liaise with internal office support team regularly
