This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and patient focused Pharmacist to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this role you will be supported by a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high quality medication management solutions to our growing number of aged care facilities and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide aged care pharmacy services to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide complete patient care solutions.
  • Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScript.
  • Accurate and efficient supply of dose administration aids using various software applications and robotics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with aged care clients, carers and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in aged care facility meetings and quality use of medicine activities.
  • Support and grow new business strategies.

  • Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
