Our client is a highly successful national mortgage processing organisation - and they need your banking and/or mortgage admin skills asap for immediate help in supporting a significant peak in business volumes.

Various mortgage processing roles are available including Verifications and Document Preparation Officers. Our client is looking to expand their teams so looking for people who can bring their administration and/or customer service experience to these roles.

The Document Preparation Officer will process and prepare loan documentation as required. This includes liaising with our stakeholders and ensuring client instructions are met within agreed timeframes.

The Verifications Officer is responsible for checking loan documents to ensure compliance with both client and regulatory requirements all while delivering a positive experience to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Good understanding of the mortgage process and/or documents from a background in banking, mortgage broking or financial services
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email & telephone
