What you’ll achieve

As a Strategy and Planning Field Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for ways to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the organization.

You will:

  • Develop a regional marketing plan for Consumer, Gaming, and Small Business in alignment with Global Team and local growth strategy. Create a regional strategy to drive premium brand perception through XPS and Alienware campaigns.
  • Alignment with Cycle Plan Team to build a strategic plan for product launches in ANZ MY and SG and to grow premium to market across all segments
  • Overlook marketing budget plan and monitor a healthy PnL to scale the gross Marcom with revenue. Alignment with Finance for FX Rate, VF Allocation, and Marketing OPEX.
  • Work with media agency for an annual media strategy, defining big bets, phasing strategy and partnerships. Re-brief them on a quarterly basis and align the tactical plan with Media Planners.
  • Drive modernization in the media strategy and accelerate transformation for cookieless future by fully embracing Ad Tech optimization, JBP partnerships, CEP capabilities & automation.
  • Drive customer base growth through new acquisition (Young Mets / Gamers) and retention of last 12-month buyers
  • Alignment with Global Creative Team to define the campaign strategy for the region and the local requirements. Improve customer journey messaging and media planning strategy, considering all funnel stages
  • Define brand growth targets (relevance/consideration) and track them in BERA and Brand Health Studies.
  • Build a strong plan to grow organic and drive loyalty and engagement through new community, influencer, and reward programs. Help develop an effective Influencer & Paid Talent Strategy that drives meaningful brand lift.
  • Design thoughtful social strategy to establish new @DellANZand @AlienwareOzhandles as a nimble platform anchored on unique passion points & topical social impact content.
  • Nurture Dell owned high-impact strategic programs & partnerships (Publishers, Fortress, DWEN, Amex)

Essential Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing roles
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience activating 360 marketing campaigns spanning digital, radio, PR, in-store, etc.
  • Strong management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment
  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
  • Good at Microsoft xls, PowerPoint and analyzing data

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders
