MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST – EVENT DELIVERY

The Opportunity

As a Membership engagement specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our members through engaging social and communication activities, supporting member groups, organising member events and hosting debrief sessions with key stakeholders. You will be reporting to the Member Engagement Team Leader and working closely with key stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to deliver events and identify sponsorship opportunities for CCANZ. Key responsibilities will include:

  • End to end event delivery management – Set up, promotion and delivery;
  • Creating marketing materials and campaigns for various events and regional activities in conjunction with the marketing team;
  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Leading and managing local social media activation;
  • Supporting local governance and member community groups and committees;
  • Responding to Member enquiries, interactions and engagement;
  • Utilizing salesforce case management, reporting and monitoring.
  • Assisting regional manager in coordination of local resources
  • Proactive approach to sharing knowledge and experience to identify trends and member experience improvements to ensure continued relevance, practicality and connection for our members

About you

  • 1-2+ years experienced in event management, service or sponsorship management role
  • Demonstrate Service delivery experience;
  • Social media literacy;
  • Knowledge of systems such as Cvent, Marketo and Salesforce highly regarded
  • A growth mindset and adaptable approach;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders;
  • Experience in a multi-tasking, deadline and detail driven environment; and
  • Demonstration of ability to be flexible and manage change.
