Experienced Night Manager required for a very busy, outback resort in NT

The Company

This is an incredible chance to join a resort in the heart of outback Australia and have the experience of a lifetime. This multi outlet resort with a great team culture is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the team. They provide excellent standards and experiences for all those who work and stay with them.

The Role

The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing that the Front Office Department is running smoothly and working cohesively with other operations within the Hotel. You will be ensuring a high standard of service is maintained and that every guest has a good experience. Training of staff and overseeing their duties is imperative to this role to ensure everyone is working to a high standard.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience working with a Hotel/Resort
  • Ability to work in a remote location - seeking a career!
  • High levels of customer service
  • Ability to train a team and lead by example
  • Impeccable attention to detail and standards
