JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an excellent opportunity for a Male Health Coordinator (either AHP or Remote Area Nurse) at Santa Teresa where you can make a genuine contribution to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Help support people from the world's oldest living culture while experiencing work and life in a small remote community in one of the most spectacular regions of Australia. Our community is within easy reach of Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Watarrka (Kings Canyon) and a host of other world heritage sites.

Santa Teresa is a fabulous part of Central Australia and is steeped in culture.

You will provide clinical care and coordinate culturally safe health programs and promotional activities with key stakeholders to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal male clients in Santa Teresa.

You will need:

  • A current AHPRA RN or AHP registration with at least 2 years' experience
  • A current driver's licence
  • Working with Children Clearance & recent Police Clearance or willing to apply
  • Critical care or remote experience an advantage.
  • This is a male identified position

We'll provide:

  • Flights and accommodation costs. Your accommodation in the community is also provided
  • Salaries starting at $107,971 p.a. (pro rata), $55.37 per hour (for RANs)
