Monash Health’s Critical Care Program is extensive with the recently opened new Casey Hospital expansion which includes a 12 bed Intensive Care Unit, in addition to the two current adult Intensive Care Unit's at Monash Medical Centre and Dandenong Hospitals, as well as the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Monash Children’s Hospital.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly experienced Physiotherapist to join the Critical Care and Surgical Services team at Monash Health. This fixed-term, part time (0.4 EFT) opportunity is linked with a flexible return to work request and will require 2 working days of 7.6 hours each. Days of the week are negotiable pending the availability of the successful candidate. This role is mostly based at Casey Hospital and is responsible for the support and provision of clinical services to the brand new Intensive Care Unit, as well as surgical and cardiorespiratory cohorts on site. This role will integrate with the other Grade 3 Critical Care and Surgical Services Physiotherapist at Casey, and may be required to work across other sites. It is well supported by the Grade 4 Critical Care and Surgical Services Physiotherapy Stream Leader and site Physiotherapy Manager.
