As a Recruitment Administrator at PageGroup you will be responsible for

  • Assisting the recruitment team with specific activities to enhance recruitment experience for candidates and clients
  • Formatting and preparation of candidate selection criteria submissions
  • Management of contracts for temporary workers including processing extensions and actioning detail changes
  • Arranging pre-employment checks with internal teams (credit, police, drug & alcohol)
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance for recruitment processes is complete
  • Liaising with candidates regarding payroll or job queries in a timely manner
  • Completing reference checks on candidates based on their prior employment history
  • Providing assistance in reviewing proposal & tender documentation


We are looking for an energetic and upbeat student who is currently studying and looking for a part time role with a global organisation. You will have strong written communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and comfortable liaising with people over the phone and via email. Time management, prioritisation and adaptability are key attributes which will make you successful in this role.
