• Do you have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement?
• Do you have experience leading the preparation and implementation of communication strategies?
• Do you enjoy working as a leader in a dynamic team environment? The successful applicant will lead the planning, development, co-ordination and end-to-end delivery of a consultation program for the six metropolitan regional land use framework plans, a Plan Melbourne, Metropolitan Planning Strategy initiative.

The successful candidate will work with a high performing team on the land use framework plan project. They will lead the facilitation of community and industry participation opportunities, manage events, lead the development of stakeholder engagement products and social and traditional media channels to highlight and promote public submission and feedback opportunities for the project.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • A qualification in a relevant field and extensive experience and/or proven record of success, leadership and administration in stakeholder engagement.
  • An understanding of the Victorian planning system and experience in government would be an advantage.
  • Experience in using digital stakeholder engagement tools would also be an advantage.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 September 2021.
