The ideal candidate will exhibit solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in an ever-changing, innovative climate. With a strong focus on new business, you will efficiently build new relationships and onboard customers. You will be responsible to build a portfolio of customers territory based in NSW. The role will require expertise both in internal and external relationship management and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Your attitude and willingness to learn is critical to your success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Drive and generate new business development
  • Build trust and rapport and maintain new customer relationships
  • Collaboration with internal teams and our global network
  • Prepare tender responses, proposals and quotations
  • Work to meet set targets and KPIs

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding / logistics 
  • Proven history of delivering results
  • Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • You must reside in Sydney, have a current drivers' license and be cleared to work in Australia to apply.
