  • Help shape our unique culture and build on our listening strategies
  • Exceptional opportunity for a culture leader and expert

Reporting to the Culture & Engagement Manager, this opportunity is based in our modern offices located in Southbank, Victoria.

What you will be delivering

You will be a key contributor to the Culture and Capability agenda, engaging with a broad set of colleagues to deliver leading culture, engagement, and wellbeing practices. You will leverage technology, HCD, and data insights to shape and enhance our culture.

This newly created role will support the design and embedment of our future-focused culture and engagement strategies, tools, and routines in service of our AusNet purpose.

  • Embed our Diversity and Inclusion approach as part of our culture strategy
  • Clarify the D&I priorities we will deliver and measure, including the required systemic and behavioural shifts
  • Engagement & Culture measurement; enable and embed our listening strategy so every team has powerful data that empowers them to learn and grow every day.
  • Support the design of our workforce value proposition and facilitate the delivery of a consistent and outstanding work experience for every team member.

You will be culture focussed and drawn upon to facilitate critical conversations with teams as we work together to shape our culture. Coaching conversations will be part of your regular routine as you use culture and engagement insights to help leaders and teams focus on what matters most. As a guardian and enabler of culture you will share your expertise and contribute across the breadth of the organisation, especially our transformation program.

You will work in partnership with the HR Busines Partner team and broader Culture and Capability team, collaborating to design and deliver outstanding user-centric tools and routines.

The role will also see you build and maintain strong relationships with a wide-range of stakeholders (internal and external), embedding yourself as a clever and trusted partner.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish best practice culture foundations for a company that is leading the way in its industry. We are eager to try new ideas, learn as we go and deliver amazing experiences for our colleagues, and ultimately our customers.
