iProspect is looking for an experienced Client Executive to join our Melbourne team. This role is responsible for the efficient running of the media response process and supports the day to day running of the client. It will be specifically responsible for the media planning outputs for a client including the media plan, supporting implementation recommendation in line with the strategy and channel planning recommendation.

  • Developing strong working relationships with client agency partners and media owners
  • Thorough understanding of the Australian media marketplace
  • Broad understanding of the categories in client portfolio
  • Use and understanding of mid level media maths and terminology
  • Use of media industry tools load, check, optimise and report on media bookings
  • Preparation and presentation of various reports including; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning documents
  • To buy and optimise a range of media cross platform including the negotiation of activity not covered by over arching client deals
  • To ensure booking delivery is in line with booked parameters and any discrepancies are resolved
  • Ability to compare cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources
  • Foundational media planning: briefing, negotiating and media planning recommendations (full channel view) with an appropriate level of proprietary and industry media tools use on smaller clients


  • 18 months experience working in a media agency across multiple channels
  • AQX for competitive reporting, strong skill set in competitive reporting
  • eRam for radio reporting
  • eTam for TV reporting and tracking
  • MOVE and Seedoh for outdoor reports
  • BCC/ Spectra for media loadings, TV and radio tracking and billings
