About Us

JPS Audit Specialists is a passionate, innovative, and fast growing NDIS auditing body, which is strongly positioned to make an impact by helping to protect of one of the most vulnerable communities in our society. JPS is seeking a purpose driven General Manager to oversee operations and drive the successful delivery of JPS Audit Specialists’ audit services and initiatives.

Participants are at the heart of everything we do, there is nothing more important to us. We provide high quality NDIS audits to an array of providers who, with our services, can deliver support across Australia to those who need it most.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing rapid growth and be instrumental in their future success. We are seeking a strong operator, who has experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and is comfortable leading teams through high growth and change. The General Manager will have a successful track record in managing key relationships and proven leadership and governance abilities, with a knack for managing both finance and operations. This role is part-time, 3 – 4 days per week and will predominantly be carried out remotely.

  • Business acumen and commercial expertise – understands an organisation’s key business and customer metrics and has successfully driven and delivered these metrics
  • Clear and concise communication – can simplify the complex and translate this into the seamless delivery of audit services
  • Process driven – proven experience implementing clear and simplified steps/procedures that add value for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong accounting, financial and reporting skills - anticipates financial challenges and works with others to identify sustainable solutions

  • Implementation of growth strategies across customer experience, auditing, quality assurance, sales, people and culture
  • Clear communications, building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring effectiveness of programs, streamlining and improving processes to ensure the delivery of a seamless service

  • Appropriate and effective governance
