About the Role
Continued growth and client demand has resulted in increased opportunities for well-seasoned Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that will be integral to both internal and client facing integration work coupled with client management in the provision of technical solutions.
Technical Requirements
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Windows Server 2012-2019
• Virtualisation - VMware vSphere & Microsoft Hyper V Clusters with HA
• Networking – Cisco, Dell & HPE. Layer 2/3 LAN & WAN and VPN
• Security – Sophos, Cisco, SonicWALL & WatchGuard firewalls
• Cloud - Microsoft Azure, Office 365 services
• Server Storage – Dell EMC & HPE
• Remote Desktop - Sessions Hosts Collections, Gateway, Broker and Licencing
• Various Exchange platforms
• Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy
Experience and Competences
• Ability to work within an established change management framework
• Lead and implement technical solutions in accordance with the project scope, plan, and budget
• Support and assist the internal technical team in preparation and implementation of project execution plans
• Implement, manage and estimate project changes, including scope of works and budget
• Provide technical pre-sales support
• Create and maintain accurate site and as-built documentation
• Keep up to date on industry trends and developments, undertake continual professional development, with a focus on vendor training and certifications.

About You:
• Experience in a similar role or demonstrated experience working in a large and complex IT environment
• Experience working with IP telephony systems would be advantageous
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, vendors and clients
• Professional and motivated self-starter
• Well organised with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Exceptional team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to embrace and learn new technologies
• Ability to resolve issues & handle conflicting priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Own vehicle with a valid driving licence
• Some out of hours work may be required.
