About the job:

As a junior intake officer you would be the first point of contact liaising with clients confirming all appropriate services for participant needs. Working alongside our National intake team ensuring a smooth transition of initial stages of new participants requesting Allied Health Services.

Main daily responsibility for the successful candidate will be to manage retention services, ensuring participants are receiving the best possible services against their available funding. 

This role will also include assisting the National intake team with additional intake responsibility such as completing and following up on risk assessments, current and new service agreements and additional administrative tasks.
