Ideally we are looking for a strong end to end business analyst with real world experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel

THE ROLE:

You will be working in the IT team whose goal is to drive and deliver the technology roadmap for the business and customers. Focusing on eCommerce projects and other key business objectives. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering a consistent, clear and detailed set of business requirements for projects and programmes, analysing and documenting business requirements for key processes and producing clear, accurate, agreed documentation.

You will assist in assessing / delivering technology selection & development to realise the business requirements and at the same time develop, support and improve existing standards for Business Analysis processes and deliverables.

Challenging the approach to the software that is being built and to help shape the new operating model and define the culture that will help drive change in the business.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in a business analysis role preferably within the digital ecommerce online/retail space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact from C level down
  • Proven experience of working across the full project lifecycle (from initiation through to benefits realization) within both structured and agile project environments
  • Good relationship management skills - able to engage with and gain confidence of others and maximise their contribution to the requirements process
  • Interpret customer / business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience of delivering requirement artefacts according to standard templates, including user stories, using business language, ensuring requirements are robust, unambiguous and testable
