Our client is a reputable company offering a great team environment, opportunity for growth and a central work location. Their office is part of the nation-wide network, servicing all industrial and commercial suburbs throughout Western Australia.
 
The team is highly regarded for the professionalism and results they deliver in the local market. Internal growth has resulted in a rare opening for a reliable and enthusiastic Real Estate Receptionist to join their boutique Subiaco office.

What you’ll be doing:

This permanent role will oversee Reception whilst offering general support to the Office Manager and busy back-office team Show pride and initiative and you will never be bored!

  • All aspects of Reception, including answering incoming calls, greeting clients, processing incoming/outgoing mail, co-ordinate meeting rooms and bookings
  • Manage company key registers
  • Prepare and distribute internal housekeeping and tenancy specific correspondence
  • Maintain and restock office equipment
  • Monitor office stocks – stationery, kitchen, and general supplies
  • Oversee communal areas of the office ensuring spaces are kept tidy, plants are watered, and excess rubbish is removed
  • Assist in coordinating office events

What you’ll need:

You will be proactive, punctual, and reliable, show a willingness to learn, and have a strong work ethic.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times
  • Demonstrate a friendly demeanour and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Show pride in your workspace and use initiative
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good administration skills – organised, thorough, with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to show initiative and prioritise workload
  • Computer and technology proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is a must.
