Our client:

People2people have partnered with a Brisbane based Chartered Accounts and Business Advisory firm to source a new Receptionist to be their front of house coordinator. This organisation prides themselves on adding value to their clients by providing friendly, efficient and professional service that helps to make a significant difference to their bottom line.

The role:

Based in Reception you will be responsible for but not limited to – answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, booking & setting up of meeting rooms (including catering), general administration, data entry and general housekeeping. Working with a small but highly productive team your strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and a true passion for adding value to the team is required.

Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience within a corporate reception role – preferably from a professional services or related industry sector
  • Cert III in Business Administration or similar
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate – MS Office Suite
