You will become their go to person. You will manage the recruitment cycle of identifying and interviewing high-quality candidates that a looking for temporary/permanent roles. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and shortlist candidates for new opportunities ensuring they are compliant ready
  • Write and post advertisements on multiple job boards as well as manage our team socials
  • Interview and coach candidates for roles within the early years sector
  • Complete onboarding process
