Shadforth Financial Group is an award winning Australian Wealth Management business, with a history dating back to 1924. It is in this context that we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Advice Division.

The Role
Based in Brisbane City, the position of Client Relationship Manager is an essential element of the Shadforth Financial Group (SFG) service delivery strategy. The role is primarily responsible for providing professional and administrative support to Private Client Advisers and high quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Client Advisers and SFG leadership team.
  • Perform centralised administration functions including XPLAN account opening, data entry/data integrity checking, client report preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence.
  • Support our client and advice procedures.
  • Assist our Private Client Advisers and leadership team with key projects; implementation of strategies and where appropriate, attend client meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
  • Over 3 years Client Service experience within a Financial Planning Firm.
  • XPLAN knowledge (preferred).
  • An undergraduate degree in a finance or business. Achievement of, or working towards, compliance with Regulatory Guide 146 (preferred).
  • Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships.
  • Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
