Translationz is a rapidly growing language services company providing translation and interpreting services across Australia. We are seeking an experienced, pro-active, client-focused professional to join our rapidly growing Client Services team. Location either Brisbane or Melbourne office.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a positive, friendly, caring and tech-savvy, person. As an important member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting in various office duties and helping your fellow employees, including our large casual workforce.

Responsibilities will include:

· Work with our client service team to help answer the high volume of incoming telephone calls from existing and potential clients, and our casual workforce staff.

· Provide direct client support on their requests

· Attend in-person client meetings

· Provide support across all aspects of the business. You would be working with our operations manager, project coordinators, finance and HR team members. This part of the role is varied.

· Seek ways to drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction

· Assigned to varied tasks and assignments.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Excellent phone manner

· Experience working with clients providing outstanding customer service

· Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload

· Positive, flexible attitude and a strong desire to serve all of the stakeholders

· Tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.

· Business acumen and detail-oriented

· Strong troubleshooting ability and aptitude to escalate risks pro-actively

· Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised

· Quick learner and ability to work under pressure

· Independent with a strong sense of initiative, but also able to work harmoniously with other team members

· Ability to multitask and efficiently produce outcomes

· Caring individual with a passion for finding solutions for communities that require access to fundamental services, initiatives, and programs.
