JOB DESCRIPTION

Royale Timeshare is looking for an experienced and energetic Telephone Consultant who is passionate about delivering outstanding experience and customer service.

Building close relationships with our customer enquiries and constantly looking for outcomes to exceed expectations and deliver results will be required to succeed in this role.

About You:

You are an excellent listener with Outbound and/or Call centre experience (essential) and have the ability to have open communication and constructive conversations with customers looking for solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent data entry and time management skills required.

A self-motivated person with the ability to work autonomously and achieve results and set KPI's is a must.

What you’ll do:

  • Daily telephone interaction with customers and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, solve problems and uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Work closely with your manager/s to implement and maintain customer focused processes.
  • Promotional follow up and email follow up
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry & customer records and information.

Skills and attributes required:

  • Computer and Telephone proficient and ability to problem solve.
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills.
  • Confident and well-spoken
  • Professional and trustworthy
  • Effective in building rapport on the phone
  • Collaborative and flexible in their approach and be open to new ideas
  • Passionate in helping members holiday
  • Able to work from home efficiently & productively (if required due to COVID)
