Your Next Role
The Marketing Coordinator (Digital and Events) will champion effective customer engagement, both online and through events. You will be helping the team map out and transform our customers digital journey. This includes optimising our digital campaigns and managing our online channels. You will help us enhance our online presence through website optimisation, SEO, and social media management.

This role is also key to the delivery of customer events. We host regular customer engagement activities and partner with our customers to engage others across the supply chain, such as homeowners, builders, engineers and architects. In this role you will assist in organising and delivering these events.

In this role you will work closely with others in the marketing team, as well as agencies and suppliers.

About you
  • Experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in delivering digital campaigns
  • Experience in creating and delivering successful events.
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with software systems, including marketing automation tools, CRM systems, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft suite of products (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with Salesforce highly desirable.
