The Central Coast Community College is a Registered Training Organisation which provides high quality, adult education courses for our community. The College offers a range of courses to support our students in gaining employment and enabling pathways to further education. About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and skilled Compliance Administration Officer to join our team. The role will assist with the administrative compliance requirements of our growing Registered Training Organisation on a full-time basis at our Rutherford campus.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with internal and external audits in consultation with the RTO Manager.
  • Maintaining training related files including course resources and assessment materials.
  • Maintaining the course resource library.
  • Processing applications for credit transfers and recognition of prior learning.
  • Managing the administration of Complaints Register
  • Assist with planning and conducting assessment validation activities as directed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement activities of the College.
  • Reviewing RTO Policies and Procedures and make recommendations for revisions.
  • Support the College’s ongoing compliance with Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) 2015 and State based funding contracts.

Travel between our Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Central Coast campuses may be required at times.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Business Administration and/or Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
  • Previous experience working in an RTO or similar environment.
  • An understanding of RTO standards and funding contract guidelines.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, problem solve, and operate with competing priorities.
  • Independent research skills.
  • High level computer literacy skills, with Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Current Driver’s license.
