Our Client is a dynamic and responsive South Australian Company providing quality Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Management & Consultancy services to the public and private sector, across Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team. The Office Manager is responsible for providing the administrative support required to ensure both operational standards and service standards are met, and includes various administrative focuses as well as supporting the Directors, General Manager and Sales Consultants.

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, mature-minded, trustworthy and reliable person who enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing a great job.

This position is vital to the smooth running of our client’s operations, and is diverse in responsibilities which include but are not limited to:

  • Ad hoc project management
  • Client meetings
  • Client Compliance & pre-approval processes
  • Management of approved Vendor information
  • Daily, weekly & monthly sales and financial reporting
  • Management of customer invoicing and supplier invoice reconciliation
  • Generation of monthly invoices to customers
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable & payable with bank statement
  • Responding to customer & supplier enquiries in a timely manner
  • Management of the CRM (SAP)
  • General Reception duties including greeting visitors, managing correspondence, responding to customer queries
  • Communicating important feedback from customers internally
  • Providing administration support for asbestos consultants/operations

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills/attributes/qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years office administration experience at senior level (essential)
  • Business Administration certificate or equivalent preferable
  • Highly proficient using SAP and full Microsoft suite
  • Demonstrated CRM/accounting system experience essential (SAP use preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • A good “team building” attitude
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under time pressure

You MUST have strong SAP experience and be extremely technically savvy.
