What will you do?

  • Answer Inbound Calls
  • Represent, promote and sell Telstra's suite of products and services to both new and existing customers;
  • Engage customers to build rapport and discover their lifestyle needs;
  • Offer personalised value-based solutions that will WOW your customers.

What do we need as a commitment from you?

  • Ability to work full time - 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday
  • Computer and System knowledge
  • Must have current Australian working rights
