This Eastern based Local Council is looking to add a Workforce Planner Lead to their Transformation division

Your new company
Our client in local government has an exciting opportunity to implement a new return to work plan based in the South East.

Your new role

  • Provide contemporary advice as to internal workforce (including employee and industrial relations) and external workforce partnering.
  • Empower enthusiasm and commitment to performance, continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of Return to Work plans for employees.
  • Provide services and advice regarding the design of the current and future resource need to support the delivery of key initiatives, and the development of people priorities aligned to strategic business outcomes.
  • Establishment of workforce planning process, practices and platforms. Generation of workforce data analytics and metrics, workforce reports, develop workforce insights, trends and align people priorities to directly influence and share the desired future workforce.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Extensive experience in a human resources data analytical role.
  • Perform a workforce planning maturity assessment across the business and contribute to the Transformation program.
  • Provide data and strategic insights regarding the current and future workforce demand and supply issues to better inform management and leadership team.
  • Research, design and develop best practice solutions to meet business needs and organisational strategic goals.
