Your new company
My client provides Transaction and M&A services to medium to large private companies, small high growth emerging companies, and small listed public companies.

Your new role
Your focus will be on financial modelling and due diligence work in relation to equity capital markets, but there will be plenty of opportunity to work on a wider range of assignments including business valuations and M&A advisory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively communicate with clients, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how you can best meet their needs
  • Prepare and review financial models
  • Manage end to end sell-side due diligence process
  • Manage delivery of advisory and transaction engagements
  • Plan Assignments
  • Conduct Research

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years experience in corporate finance team, investment bank or Boutique advisory firm
  • Solid knowledge and experience in writing information memorandums
  • Strong experience managing due-diligence processes
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Sound commercial acumen
