The Team

As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives are to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier, provide products and services to integrate all offices and to conduct continual process reviews.

Your Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a full time Office Services Assistant to join us initially in a full time, 12 month fixed term contract capacity with the potential for a permanent position afterwards. This is a 'hands on' and highly diverse role that provides invaluable support to ensure the group meets its objectives.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performing internal deliveries and collections including the transport of documents, briefs and equipment
  • Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (eg binding, laminating etc.) of all documents forwarded to the document production centre
  • Sort, scan and dispatch of incoming and outgoing postage
  • Book and track outgoing couriers
  • Purchasing and stocking of stationary/office supplies
  • Contacting suppliers and service providers and escalating any issues
  • Various administration duties

More About You

  • 12 - 24 months previous experience within a similar role, from a professional services or corporate firm will be highly regarded
