Early Childhood Educators - All Levels

Imagine living and working in one of Australia’s most sort after bucket list holiday destinations. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes and spectacular sunsets, and weekends full of hiking, swimming, 4WDing, and boating. This really is a more than a job, it is a lifestyle. To help you enjoy this lifestyle we offer our employees above award wages.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity you must possess the following qualities:

  • Ready and willing to give cuddles and love to every child who enters our doors
  • Must recognise that when singing 'Row Row your Boat' and get to the line 'íf you see a crocodile don't forget to scream', this may be an actual regular occurrence for our children!
  • You can juggle...not quite like the circus...but have many balls in the air at once with some sort of control and balance
  • You can wrestle and apprehend cane toads, or at least call a team mate to catch it!
  • Not be offended when children ask you to describe what you just did in the toilet
  • Have the memory of a dolphin! Who wore which shoes this morning, who has a dog named Rex, Mums, Dads, Grandparents, cousins, teddies, imaginary friends, and where they all live!
  • Ready and willing to get ridiculously excited about the rain in the wet season, and be prepared to dance in it with the children- clapping and squeals included!
  • Be willing to accept help, even when help turns a 5 minute task into a 45 minute task
  • Be willing to accept that you WILL become a loved and valued part of our "Ewin Family"
  • Be able to take a joke, we love to laugh and giggle in our workplace...come and join the fun!
