Title: Territory Customer Support Manager - 73047
Primary Location: Australien (AU) - Western Australia - Perth

Role Purpose

What you will do:

As the Territory Customer Support Manager, you will focus on developing dealers’ product support capability, influencing dealer management, establishing business plans and follow up, and assisting with execution as required while holding dealers accountable for achieving agreed goals.

You will:

  • Drive product and performance issue resolution by developing dealer’s technical and customer support capability.
  • Utilising company tools, pre-empt and resolve technical and or parts issues impacting machine uptime and performance and the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with local, in country, and global product support teams, providing technical and situational application information to assist in the resolution of product technical or performance issues.
  • Execute and uphold various company policies relative to warranty and other reimbursement functions.
  • Actively participate in and support other company employees within the same territory to enable the execution and achievement of the company goals.

This is Field based position will require regular travel to John Deere dealers within Western Australia.

About You

You have a degree in an Engineering or an Agricultural Technology discipline or equivalent experience, you are an energetic self-starter that takes pride in their work and their working environment. You are passionate about the opportunity and have combination of the following technical skills, attributes and experience:

  • Extensive experience in field of agriculture with knowledge of products, customers, markets and competitors
  • Knowledge of dealer product support functions
  • Experience in resolving complex technical issues
  • High degree of technical experience
  • Skill in interpersonal communications, conflict resolution and attention for detail
  • Advanced people management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to take initiative – jump on challenges and embrace the new and unknown
  • Deere product experience is desirable
