JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new company

Based in the Newtown Location, this role is working the technical helpdesk for one of the Big 4 banks. This is a 12- month contract and will require the individual to work on a shift basis. 8 hour shifts beginning at 7am / 9am/ 11am

Your new role

• Take inbound calls and deal with them accordingly
• Manage and resolve any maintenance issues related to the property
• Coordinate with contractors while raising and tracking the appropriate work orders
