We are looking for a dynamic and friendly person to join our Baulkham Hills office in an exciting and fast paced Office Printing Admin role where you really get to know everyone! Prefer someone living within a 5km radius.

Reporting to the Business Services Supervisor, this hybrid role offers a wide range of responsibilities and involvement across the office along with the opportunity to have complete ownership over a multitude of tasks.

The successful candidate will be required to work the set hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, however this may vary from time to time.

Some of the daily activities you will perform include:

  • Handling and directing incoming calls to the national switchboard and passing on messages or calls to the concerned colleague 
  • Providing reception cover daily for lunch and tea breaks and the required end of day closure
  • Answering calls and managing print and mailroom related requests
  • Schedule and monitoring of incoming and outgoing courier bookings
  • Distribution and sorting of incoming mail and taking any deliveries
  • Scanning, photocopying, printing, collating, binding and laminating documents
  • Ensuring all internal print rooms stationery supplies and printers are adequately stocked
  • Assisting with any additional administrative duties as necessary and ad hoc facilities office support.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 1 year experience working within a professional services environment, experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Polished, professional presentation, with impeccable customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, reliable and is well organized
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • A sense of urgency in completing your tasks, to be proactive and to be able to use initiative
  • The ability to work autonomously and be a team player
  • Sound computer skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
  • A dedicated and strong work ethic and a keen interest to learn.
