About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to develop and manage our marketing strategy to support business growth, lead generation, foster customer retention, content creation to support the sales outreach strategy, and increase our brand awareness across the globe.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Plan the yearly Marketing strategy and budget with input from sales and management
  • Maintain the Marketing Calendar based on the Marketing Plan and Sales Objectives
  • End-to-end campaign management for online and offline activities
  • Manage the content and asset creation process (think case studies, customer video interviews, trade show material, social media, blog posts, podcasts, eDMs)
  • Monthly reporting using Google Analytics data and other campaign performance reporting
  • Create and execute engaging and creative customer acquisition and retention campaigns to contribute to the sales lead funnel.
  • Organise and execute third party, partner and stockinstore events & webinars
  • Source, brief and manage external agencies and freelancers across both digital and print
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales and creative teams
  • Input into PR activity
  • Research and identify brand partnership opportunities

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 4 - 6 years experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience planning and executing online & offline B2B campaigns and events
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing
  • Competence in copywriting with an eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Combined Data-driven and creative decision making approach
  • Experience using Hubspot and exposure to Marketing Automation
  • Ideally have experience with re-targeting, display ads and LinkedIn + Facebook advertising

About you:

  • Experienced working across a range of marketing channels for a B2B audience particularly in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries
  • Good collaboration skills in a small team
  • Passionate about tech (and ideally retail)
  • Can lead a project from start to finish while taking guidance and input from the rest of the team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines / priorities
