iProspect are looking for our next Digital Director to join our Brisbane market. We are looking for a Digital Guru with 5 years experience across Paid Media Channels. Strong Search knowledge is required & experience across Display, Social & Programmatic is desirable.

The Digital Director is responsible for the overall direction, development, and performance of our allocated client portfolio. You are accountable for the client relationship as well as the performance and development of your team.

A Digital Director is expected to raise the standard of what we do and work with an entrepreneurial spirit to expand our client relationships and grow our business. They are expected to focus on client growth and have the ability to lead with support the Client Partner in shaping the key digital performance marketing products to drive client success.


  • Prepare and drive the execution of the annual client business plans, with support from the Client Partner
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business challenges and marketing objectives
  • Use your knowledge of the various digital channels to sell-in ideas for your clients’ media activity and to secure briefs for further exploration.
  • Lead your client and internal teams to ensure iProspect is working with powerful insights and audience understanding in order to deliver the most effective digital communications.
  • Inspire clients by demonstrating the direct response & brand building capabilities of digital media.
  • Provide hands on leadership across the client portfolio with support from the Client Partner
  • Work closely with the Client Partner to drive continuous improvement and change to achieve effective revenue targets
  • Continuous contribution to product and agency development (blog and press publications, case studies, supporting new business initiatives)

Experience Required:

  • 5 years + Digital Media Experience
  • Exposure to large, complex, global organisation
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong Stakeholder management experience
