The Role

The Sales / Market Leader is a full time business development role. The role will be responsible for building Digital’s profile through our integrated market offerings as well as the design and execution of a strategies to increase the value to clients across QLD / NT.

Responsibilities Include
  • Develop plans for growth in the market and build key client relationships
  • Build profile and market share for integrated solution offerings and position GHD Digital as the preferred partner for clients
  • Drive execution of the digital strategy and be seen a “go to” person in the market
  • Lead the market to deliver consistent profitable growth, drive efficiencies and provide integrated solutions
  • Position GHD Digital as a leader in the market place and deepen relationships with tier 1 clients and high growth clients
  • Champion one GHD approach and build alignment to client services program within the firm
  • Understand the competitive landscape and emerging developments in the market
  • Input on major tenders/bids, proactive client proposals and strategic project delivery

  • Proven track record of winning work across multiple sectors and extensive client contacts
  • Proven experience in a similar role within infrastructure asset management and / or operations technologies
  • Extensive network within the QLD / NT infrastructure community
  • Strong understanding of market landscape
