About the role

We have a fantastic 13 months' contract Channel Marketing Manager opportunity to join our Product Marketing function. This role will be responsible to drive engagement and marketing programs across Enterprise and Government Channels to help drive sales targets.

Primary responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Support strategy and planning efforts through market analysis, target prioritisation and engagement through paid and owned tools.
  • Growth of market share and profitability for market segment(s) and / or channel group(s) and new and existing products and/or services, through market leading messages, thought leadership, market data/intelligence with vertical / horizontal initiatives
  • Campaign development: Work closely with Product, Verticals, Product Owners, and Consumer Marketing to leverage launches and campaigns to make them relevant and impactful for the Direct Sales Channel.
  • Customer Communications: Own the quarterly communications to service portal users regarding new feature development, enhancements and general usage reminders. Develop external facing content for eDM campaigns, social media, brand website, YouTube and sales enablement tools. Contribute to Canon Marketing nurture campaigns and communications.
  • Sales enablement: Communicate effectively with Sales Managers and their teams to ensure the teams have the right information and content to execute marketing activities directly with customers and prospects.
  • RFP & Sales Presentation Support: Support Sales and the Contracts & Tenders team with customer support portal content. Where required, work with the business to source content to support tender requirements ie. CSR content, Diversity & Inclusion content. Where required, support Sales to demonstrate the service portal to customers and prospects.
  • Leverage commercial insights, data, information from subscriptions in defining strategy, performance measures, offers and activities. Information tailored for the channel.
