About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our Community Rehabilitation team. This role provided administrative support to the Community Rehabilitation team and the clients who attend our service. Your need for variety and to be busy will make this the ideal role for you.

This position may be required to work at any of the Monash Health sites.

About You:

You are a proactive and experienced administration officer who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Working in a health service environment doesn’t faze you and you are able to maintain and demonstrate integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.

You have:

  • Administrative experience (experience in a health setting is desirable)

  • Friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills

  • Proven organisational skills and can work autonomously

  • Demonstrable ability to manage a range of administration responsibilities across a number of areas

  • A quality focus whilst ensuring work is completed within the required timeframes

  • Ability to travel to all Monash Health Sites

  • Standards in thoroughness, accuracy and speed

What you need:

  • High level communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in a health care setting

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management

  • Willingness to permit a Victorian Police Check. 

  • Working with Children's Check.
