The Opportunity

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.

As a key member of the Operations team and reporting into the Head of Campaign Operations and Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the Campaign Management team. They deliver seamless campaign management and ensure a client centric focus across all Cartology channels. The campaign management team is responsible for accuracy of bookings, client communication, production approvals and workflows throughout all Cartology media channels.

Some Responsibilities Would Include But Are Not Limited To

Campaign Management - Bookings & Production

  • Maintaining Salesforce booking data and reporting.
  • Measurement and accountability of production workflows
  • Reporting on campaign status by media channel, campaign vertical and campaigns to provide statistics to SLA’s, highlight any at risk items and provide insights to delivery teams.
  • All campaign team verticals to maintain a clear and accurate view of inventory availability by media channel and format, while ensuring adherence to capacity guidelines and restrictions

Campaign Management Team
  • Leadership of the campaign management team
  • Empower the Campaign Managers to embrace change and create efficiencies in the campaign management process.
  • Track and measure campaign management team workload and capacity to facilitate Cartology campaigns across all media channels.
  • Governance of the campaign management process within all campaign team verticals is essential to ensure success and seamless delivery of client campaigns.
  • Ensure the campaign management team's presence and participation in all relevant sales and channel meetings to provide campaign status reporting and insights to all relevant stakeholders.

Systems & Reporting
  • Support the Head of Campaign Operations & Delivery, with the education and training plan rollout to ensure the team is across all Cartology products, channels, processes, guidelines and systems.
  • Upkeep of documentation for systems and processes.
  • Provide monthly reporting to the Head of Campaign Operations & Delivery on measurement of the Campaign Management team statistics, including tracking to SLA’s, campaign life cycle, including insights for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure accuracy of data integrity in booking and inventory platforms


About You

You will be passionate about developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across all key internal and external stakeholders.

Partnering and collaboration with internal sales teams including Direct, Agency and Integrated Sales Activation will be essential for this role, as well as other internal partners within the wider Woolworths ecosystem.

This position requires someone with a proactive, creative but analytical approach. With a strong ability to prioritise, give strategic direction and lead the team to success.

Organisational skills and a methodical approach to working are critical. You must have the ability to overcome challenges and be solution focused to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both Cartology and our clients and agencies.

Essential

In addition, you will have the following:
  • Proven success leading campaign management teams
  • Strong understanding of the store environment and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner & collaborate to drive ongoing operational improvements
  • Print Industry knowledge and ability to ensure best practice from our partners
  • High attention to detail and an analytically minded
  • Demonstrate ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to overcome challenges and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Know how your decision making will impact on end result

Desirable
  • Advertising or Operations experience within the FMCG environment
