Do you want to work with a group of people who are very supportive and caring for both their clients and employees?

Main functions of the role will be:

  • Undertake reception/switchboard and clerical functions
  • Provide front of house customer service for clients and families, visitors and staff
  • Perform administration tasks including filing
  • Maintain office process and procedures
  • Petty cash money, receipt and reconciliation
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Ordering of supplies

We require a person who is well presented, happy to sit on reception and interact with people in a clear, polite manner. The successful applicant must have a great attention for detail and be willing to learn new processes and programs.


  • High level computer skills demonstrated in the use of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn different software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Drivers License – ‘C’ class
